• Logging out of your account when not in use, especially on shared devices.

ra888 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account, unless it can be proven that the loss was caused by ra888's own negligence. ra888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

ra888 provides various payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, and ETH).

The deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by independently audited live card dealers.

You may close your ra888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification has been completed.

ra888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.

• A request from a law enforcement agency or regulatory body.
• Situations where maintaining the account is found to be contrary to applicable law.

If an account is closed at ra888's initiative without any breach by the user, any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ra888 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond ra888's control.
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining account security.
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game software providers.

ra888's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

ra888 takes the protection of its users' personal data seriously. The processing, storage, and use of your personal information is carried out in accordance with the policies set out in the ra888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
